We deliver across Ireland and the UK. All orders are dispatched from Ireland.
Personalised & made-to-order items are non-refundable. As each sign is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged items: Please notify us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Already have your own artwork? We'll print it onto premium foamed board with a luxury matt laminate finish — the same material and finish as our personalised signs, ready for a tabletop or floor easel.
How it works: Choose your size, upload your file, and add any notes about how you'd like it printed. We'll check your artwork and email you a proof before printing. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Sizes & materials: A3, A2 or A1, printed on premium foamed board with a luxury matt laminate finish.
File requirements: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, up to 20MB. For the sharpest result, supply artwork at the finished size at 300dpi. If your file is larger than 20MB, place your order and email it to info@partysigns.ie quoting your order number.
Delivery: Made to order in Ireland and delivered nationwide within 3–5 working days of proof approval.
Frequently Asked Questions
What file should I send?
A PDF or high-resolution JPG/PNG works best. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal. Aim for 300dpi at the finished print size.
What if my artwork isn't good enough to print?
We check every file before printing. If the resolution is too low or something won't reproduce well, we'll email you and talk through the options before charging ahead.
My file is bigger than 20MB — what do I do?
Place your order, then email the file to info@partysigns.ie with your order number and we'll pick it up from there.
Can I use any image?
You'll need the right to reproduce whatever you send us. Please don't upload copyrighted artwork you don't own or have permission to use.
