Delivery and Shipping

All orders are dispatched using third-party courier and postal services. Any delivery timeframes quoted on our website, at checkout, or in correspondence are estimates only and are provided in good faith. They are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract between you and us.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control. We are not responsible or liable for any delay in delivery, or for any loss, disappointment, cost or consequential damages that may arise where an item arrives later than the estimated timeframe due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, delays caused by the courier or postal service, adverse weather, strikes or industrial action, customs processing, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by you.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, returned to us, or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@partysigns.ie and we will do everything we reasonably can to help trace your order with the courier.
